Not Easy to get your money refunded from East Rand Mall Mercedes

I paid a deposit off R20000 on 03/02/2017 to get in the Q for a new Merc X 350d Bakkie and the Salesman told me that I can expect the Bakkie early 2018. The bakkie was only released in Nov 2018. In the meantime I decided to order a new G Class Gelandewagen. They did not even contacted me after I asked the Salesman to do so when the G class order book opened. I struggled since 20 /10/2018 up to date (26/11/2018) to get my deposit refunded from East Rand Mercedes and that after I bought a few new cars from them the past few years. They asked for documents and proof off payments and bank statements which I provided to them. All I get is promises!! Needless to say I will not order my G class from them. Goodbye Merc East Rand to a X loyal client
