Terrible lack of communication & dishonest

I entered a competition with the magazine. it was announced that I won. I called in and emailed countless times to get feedback and each time was told that the next day I would receive a phone call from them with all the info. That never happened, I would have to get back to them each time just for them to tell me they would get back to me. I asked for the man handling this at Marloth number so I could call him directly and they REFUSED to give me the details and said that they would sort it out and get back to me. 2 months later after many calls and many emails I complained on their FB page and got a response where they finally gave me the mans number an asked me to remove the comment. my Fianc? then called the man at Marloth to find out what was happening and we then found out that our ID for our prize was created ages ago and was ready to collect. So not only did they have no communication skills or didn't assist me at all, they **** to me to too try and cover their lack of professionalism and blamed it on the park with no shame! This is terrible workmanship, their service is shocking, they clearly do not know how to run a business. Do not trust them.
