EXCLUSION OF CHILDREN TO THE RIGHT TO LEARNING

I have got two nieces that are registered with East London Science College since their Grade 8 and currently, they are doing Grade 10 and Grade 11. I have received correspondence that the kids are excluded from the school for 2018 and must find alternative schools for them because of school fees that are not paid on time or else I have to pay 2018 fees for both of them in advance, so I must go and make a loan. I have been requesting that the school send the monthly statements to me as I am the person responsible for paying but that has not happened instead they are given to kids which they do not come to my attention. I also requested a solution for a debit order with the school and was told that the school does not do that. I tried my utmost best but was told in my face that I come with lame excuses and can not be assisted. My concern is the right of kids to learning which is not taken into consideration with this matter.
