The worst panel beaters to exist in East London

The worst panel beaters to ever exist!! They do not take full responsibility for their actions! I had a fender and a bumper that needed repairs upon return of my car my aircon was not working and my radiator fan was running 24/7! I left my car with them this morning and they said that they would attend to it but nothing was done the whole day! I have to take time off work to literally run after them! The manager couldn't care less about the issue and had a stinking attitude seemingly they are not worried about their image or customer service! I have to take a day off tomorrow to go and fight this issue with them!!
