Bad workmanship & terrible experience

The whole experience was a terrible one. Communication between East London Pannel Beaters & Insurance and Car hire and myself was so disorganised. The turn around time to do something basic as getting the right part became a 3 week problem. After they had said they had the part in stock. I then was without car hire as they told me the car was ready and I had returned the hired car. Payed the access upfront without seen the car trusting in good faith things were done properly to find the car was still not ready. I waited 1hr to be met with a car that’s colour of the part that was meant to be colour matched was much lighter and they expected me to take the car in that condition. I refused! The colour matching was completely off. The car was also returned dirty inside as well as fine scratches on it. I definitely would not be using them again.
