East Jumping Castles ****

On Christmas eve 2020 I tried to rent a jumping castle for my family Christmas event from Marelize Eastes from East Jumping Castles, (address 45 Botha St, Elsburg), she is refusing to refund my money deposited into her Discovery Account as per her rental instructions, after the cleared payment she refused to rent out the jumping castle claiming that I might be a *******. Yet my money was paid using a Pay and Clear as per her instructions. I gave her my ID document copy, proof of residence, as per her rental instructions; still she refuses to rent out or refund my money.

To make matters worse I added an extra digit into the rental amount, in total I deposited R12050. I contacted FNB to reverse as per Marelize instructions, FNB attempted to reverse the money, but since it was a pay and clear again as per Marelizes instructions) they could not execute the reversal.

This has caused my family trip to be cancelled, this is after I notified Marelize about the impact of her refusal to refund my money back. Not to mention my kids and relatives denied a paid jumping castles for Christmas.

I don't wish such torturous actions on any human being, hence I'm warning the world about the horror I'm going through due to East Jumping Castles, Marilize Eastes to be specific. Plus the advertised business email address is not functioning (***). She seems to be using WhatsApp +***5 only to conduct her 'business'.

If my money is still not refunded I am left with no options but to lay ******** charges and sue for the damages caused by East Jumping Castles (Marelize Eastes)
