Horrible customer service and continuous delays on delivery of goods!

I am mortified at the level of bad customer service I have received from this company. The owner has no problem taking his client's money however does not keep his word nor deliver on his promises. I have been waiting for my car for 4 months and I have had no real explanation for this. I have had to resort to begging and spending money on legal help just to try and get it back. All I get are empty promises and delays on when the car will be returned. Do yourself a huge favour and just never use this company! I am extremely shocked that someone can run a business in such a way!
