Avoid East Coast Seafood

I'm so disgusted at how these small businesses operate. We called East Coast Seafoods on Edwin Swales Road in Durban prior to leaving home to confirm the prices of prawns. They **** and gave me the Incorrect price. Their modis operandi seems to be giving incorrect information over the phone to get you to come to their store under false pretenses. When we arrived we brought the issue to the owner who was very aloof and said he doesn't know answered the phone because there's so many staff and brushed us off to the manager who said this is what they have and this is the prices, basically a take it or leave it attitude. Nobody was apologetic in anyway. For shopping and supporting local this is the reactions and behavior. Its absolutely disheartening
