Shocking account management

This is not a review of their core business but rather the pathetic way that their accounts department is run. No attempt was made by them to contact me - even though my cell phone number on the invoice was correct. Instead invoices are only sent out by snail mail to an address that we had since moved away from. The account is then handed over for collection the collector then takes 5min to make a call to let me now that I now have to pay their fees too for something that their own account department could have had the decency to do. Not damn rocket science. Only for the collector to say - "they don't phone".
