ECR / Kagiso just don't care

[1] the staff that man their on-air presence just cannot get it right. EVERY DAY there are numerous mic outs, no sound, music when someone talks, jingles instead of news etc. etc. [2] I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages to them for over two years now and there is no response and no remedy [3] I tried to engage the station manager... also no response [4] I tried to get hold of Kagiso Media ***ners) to ask them to look into the training of the staff at ECR... also no response

Why can people not just get the RIGHT people and TRAIN them properly and have CORRECTIVE ACTION when they do something wrong!!!

Very frustrating!
