ECR false advertising

Ecr hosts the house and garden show for a number of years now. This year they promised and advertised if you bought a ticket that you would receive a slice of cake. Which was false advertising as there are 100s of people like myself who have not received their voucher as promised and our emails are being responded to at all.

This is not fair to us as the consumer
