DURBAN DAY FAIL

<p>SO my GF and I paid for Durban day tickets and being new to Durban thought this would be a great day out, Little did we know we would be there for an hour and then be forced to leave for numerous reasons.</p> <p>Firstly it said nothing on the event regarding bringing drinks to the event it stated no Alcohol. We then get to the gate and are told not soft drinks or even water??<br />When our goods where taken away i wanted to open my Coke light and pour it in the dustbin and was not allowed to. This means that the security just wanted to keep all the cool drinks and waters for themselves? How is that right?</p> <p>We find a place to sit down and get the day started but have to sit watching a screen that blocks the stage? then the security tells us not to touch the red lines and they stand staring us down the whole time like we in the wrong? Even Kyle Duetsch said why the hell is this big screen doing blocking the stage? he was trying to hype the crowd but couldn't even see the crowd?</p> <p>So we thought its not so bad we will just buy drinks in side the event.<br />So My GF goes to the bar and then no cards are accepted, Not one vendor in the whole event took cards. Okay so another issue but once again we thought its cool I will leave my GF at the event and go draw money and come back.</p> <p>So i walk all the way back to the gate only to be told that there are no pass outs??? So We must sit the whole day and watch a screen and not eat or drink the whole day cause no one told us or said anything about carrying cash? Who carries cash on them these days anyway?</p> <p>So now i am fuming missing the whole start of the show trying to locate a management office of some sort which was impossible. Security didn't even know where the management office is? What if i had an emergency where would they send me if they didn't know where the management was?<br />Eventually after an hour i was sent to the VIP section where apparently someone would help me.<br />I then spoke to</p> <p>A nice guy by the name of Zama who said its the stadiums fault as they promised food vendors with card machines so every one was just passing blame and not taking responsibility for our issues he then said the best he can do is give me a pass out which then i took to the gate and i was allowed out but not back in??</p> <p>So now we must once again sit and watch a screen the whole day and not eat and drink the whole day? bare in mind security is drinking our ice cold coke light?</p> <p>I dont care for anything else except I want my money back.</p>
