Deposit taken but no work done

Please DO NOT use this supplier! They ask for deposits and unless you don't pay, they say they won't do the work. Subsequently they are unreachable; never return calls and one gets no feedback at all. I ended up having to do all the work at the municipality and had to order my own electrical components etc. I then requested my deposit back as they performed no work for me and they now refuse to return my money and on top of that want to charge me a consultation fee!
