East Coast Auto sales ****

<p>Recently I app**** for a vehicle with East Coast Auto Sales..<br />I was approved..<br />On the Ford ecoSport..<br />I made my deposit payment of R10000 on the the 24th of July 2017<br />East Coast Auto Sales<br />Finance Car Dealership<br />135 Jacobs Road<br />Durban<br />4052<br />Tel nr - ********** <br ********** />Account number : ********** 4243<br />Account name : SIMBONGILE MEHLOMAKHULU<br />Dealer name : George Sibisi<br />Contact nr : ********** <br />I contacted the dealership asap and I sent through my proof of payment<br />The sent me through the contract..<br />The dealer assured me that the car will be delivered the next day..which was on the 25th of July 2017<br />The delivery never happned..<br />When I contacted the driver which was suppose to do the delivery he told me that the truck broke down in Kimberley.<br />Please keep in mind I stay in Meyerton which is in the Vaal triangle which is in Gauteng<br />When I spoke to the driver demanded that I pay an extra R3000 so that he can send my car with a new courier service..<br />So I paid the R3000 just to get the delivery done..<br />The driver said the deliver will happen at 18h00 on the 26th of July 2017 which never occured.<br />The dealer told me that they would subtract that amount from may monthly installment.<br />When I paid the money for the new delivery service it never happened again.<br />When I phone the driver again he had a new story telling me that the courier service want extra money for the storage of the vehicle.<br />I started to get frustrated with these guys..<br />Ever since the 24th of July 2017 they keep on telling me that the car is coming.<br />Everytime I try to phone the dealership or the dealer no one answers the phone..<br />I spoke to the dealer during last week and he promised that the deliver will happen on Friday the 4th of August 2017<br />I even send him a message to confirm the deliver in Friday morning which he rep**** to that the delivery will happen and the car is coming..<br />Today is the 7th of August 2017 it is been 3 weeks since I have paid my deposit plus R3000 and the vehicle is still not delivered..<br />The dealership hasn't contacted me and also the dealer.<br />I have asked the dealer to refund my deposit and the extra R3000.<br />I have notice that my messages has been read but he is not replying to me..<br />I have struggle to get any information what so ever out of the dealer<br />Will you please get back to me on this matter.<br />Thank you.<br />Regards<br /> A.C Botha<br /><br /></p> <p> </p>
