The most traumatic and stressful experience ever.

Mekesh Purasram assessed my vehicle, quoted on repairs which we accepted.

He is so inexperienced that he didn't assess the vehicle correctly and then gave me the run around about repairs and how he did not have special parts and how parts had to be ordered.

His receptionist Vaneshree Moonsamy who claims to be the Director gets rude and arrogant when asked how long until the vehicle is repaired. She blatantly throws Government tenders and how big their contracts are in your face and how they are accredited by the Motor Industry and everything they do is by the book, however this is lies. My vehicle was being driven without my consent and when called to ask what is the status of repair I was told that it is still being stripped. My vehicle was doing trips throughout the day and at the end of the day Mekesh calls to say he just assembled the parts and my battery is stone dead because it hasn't been used in months.

To clear themselves of their shoddy work they will backdate documents, add in more terms and conditions and force you to sign it before taking your vehicle away.

Mekesh's director and himself need to go for customer service training, their claim to be accredited should be in review because they make all members of the RMI look bad.

They have damaged my vehicle with scratches and sc****s, broken mudlfaps, water was collecting in the light fitting. They definitely have no respect for vehicles.

They are a shady company that definitely needs to be audited.
