Bad Company

We asked them to fix our fridge (Hisense not old). They are the approved repairers for Hisense. We were told they charge a R 690 call out fee without including any labour in the fee. When we asked what they charge from labour they could not tell us and said it varies. So we can end up paying a huge amount for the repair of this fridge. I must add we get exceptual service from LG and their repairers
