Terrible service from the Rug Docter Port Elizabeth

I have received terrible service from this Port Elizabeth based company. It has cost me both time and money. The receptionist was rude to both myself and my mother after she had made a mistake. This is what has transpired: The receptionist sms'd me to collect my rug. I think went down to collect the rug. when I arrived at the premises, my rug was still completely wet. The receptionist was rude to me about the rug being wet and expected me to take the rug home wet. This is unacceptable, I then told her I was relocating the next day and there was no way the rug would dry- but instead the rug would become smelly due to being wet. The receptionist then acknowledged her mistake after I reminded her she had sent me notification to collect. She then offered to redo the rug and courier it at her own expense.

When the rug was dry she contacted me for my address, I then told her it was not necessary for her to courier the rug and spend money from her own pocket, as I would arrange for someone to collect it.

Today my mother went to go and collect the rug and the receptionist was out and out rude. My mother insisted that she wanted to see the rug before leaving with it. The receptionist then went so far as to imply that we have an attitude and that she has now had enough of it.

As a paying client of this business, I am utterly disgusted by the service and treatment I have received. It is unacceptable to say the least.
