East Coast Roofliners : Beware

On 4 January 2023, Lewis Brendon Francisca ***ner of East Auto Car Roofliners) attended to replace the roof lining of my Polo.

I decided to use him as the company offered a mobile services which is very convenient and a 3 year warranty

The roof lining was replaced, however, the next day I noticed that the lining pulled loose at the rear of the vehicle. I immediately informed Lewis and his response is that he will come and repair this.

It was arranged for Saturday 7 January 2023 but Lewis requested that the repair be postponed until the Sunday, 8 January 2023

He has since ignored all calls and communications and I will now have to use another company to redo the work
