Damage to my Merc 350 SLK

I approached Jean-Marc a sales person at Easson Motors and asked if he would like to help sell my 350 SLK, he said yes. A few days later he asked if I would leave it on the dealerships floor, they checked the vehicle in and did a vehicle checklist as the vehicle was in immaculate condition (a copy of which I have on hand). After a month of trying to sell the vehicle without any luck I said I would fetch it and try sell it privately. When I went to collect the vehicle I noticed it was covered in overspray, we then established that there is a panel shop just behind them and the wind had obviously blown this over and 3 or 4 vehicles were covered in overspray. My vehicle is black and was covered in tiny white paint spots all over.<br> They promised they would sort the vehicle out, I did mention from the beginning that in order to remove this properly the vehicle needed a full flat and polish. They tried to polish out themselves but it did not work, he then agreed to pay R750 towards sorting it out as I wanted it at my panel shop which cost double. I paid in full and have never been paid the R750 and my messages go unanswered:(
