Didn't repair Inverter and was sent back again and no updates for months

Can you kindly please contact me as you have not fixed our inverted which I paid for the repairs on 28 October and upon installation it showed more error codes. I dealt with Andrew initially and after conversations he sent a courier to collect it in November and till date there has been ZERO communication, updates, feedback. When I phoned Andrew he promised to give feedback and nothing happens, when I phoned him again he just ended the call. My husband has also been following up with a guy last week who promised to give feedback on Monday and nothing happened. My husband spoke with Geraldine and yet there is no updates as promised.
