1) Lack of transparency. 2) Not auditing financial statements. 3) Not accepting the authority of trustees nor do they follow instructions. 4) Irregular and unexplained appropriation of complex funds. 5) Performing maintenance within complex without Authorization of trustees leading to inflated expense incurred using the complex funds. 6) Not responding to emails nor do they acknowledge mails.

Attempts were made to address this issue but @easeproperties owners(NORA) was not interested in listening and addressing client concern, we ended up giving one month notice before their yearly contract end as stipulated on contract agreement.

If your complex is still managed my @easeprop, I will suggest you monitor your complex fund account closely because at some point in time you might have to save your complex from debt.
