EasyProperties is a realyy BAD investment
I was told in the initial IPO of Woodstock quater that the building was fully tenanted and ready to go. I just needed to wait for registration and to be live for a full quater to receive dividends (4 months) It's been 7 months now and the deeds office registration isn't even registered yet. Every day they claim "platform fees" and do nothing to deserve them. It's now going to take over a year to see the first dividends which will mean nothing due to the erosion of platform fees. As this was one of their better offers I strongly recommend anyone against investing Easyproperties and don't even want to know what the waiting period is if the construction is still in progress.
