Poor customer service and rude

These guys are very disrespectful and have poor customer service. We bought an engine from them when the mechanic fitted it and tried to start the engine it didn’t start. We made them aware of this they gave us the run around and did not attend to our complaint instantly giving us the run around until we had to go back to they offices to take the engine back and ask for a refund which is when the owner of the place insulted us and refused to give us our refund and when he finally did he demanded a 20% handling fee for a faulty engine they sold to us we incurred costs finding and paying a mechanic to fit the thing that didn’t even start. This business has poor customer service.
