Earthy is run by ******

So in November 25, 2020, I bought hair products worth R1300 from Earthy (hair oils hair butters and hair mists). Up to this day I haven’t received the products and when I log into their website, it’s suspended. They have a whatsapp number, which at the beginning were very quick to respond to messages and even emails. Now, they read the messages, no replies. I’m quite disappointed and *****ed
