You'll never get your order.

Absolutely appalling experience. An order was never delivered despite weeks of excuses, false assurances and repeated promises that my order had been packed and sent. When I requested a refund, the same pattern continued — promise after promise, with nothing actually being done.

I was left having to make alternative arrangements for my event, while still chasing this company for my money. Which she is now making more promises one day and excuses the next day for.

The communication and lack of accountability have been completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend NEVER ordering from this company.
