EARTHWANDERER

I the past I booked several overseas cycling holidays with SARAH WHITESIDE from EARTHWANDERER who works in conjunction with the UK based company, Exodus Tours. All the trips were very well organised. However, due to Covid I had to cancel my last booking to Portugal. Exodus Tours immediately refunded the amount paid to them less a small admin fee. However, SARAH WHITESIDE, has to date not refunded the R4000-00 deposit paid to her, neither has she given a valid reason why it should not be refunded. She does not respond to any correspondence. Very disappointed in EARTHWANDERER!!
