Earthmoving logistics are ****s

I phoned Earthmoving logistics looking for a 34 side tipper for rental, I spoke to a guy named Kevin a very humble guy. He sit up a meeting for me to come to the office to do the paperwork and pay the deposit... But before I went I did a research about the company, there was one complaint from hello Peter similar to what I'm going say about them. I then called Kevin, he assured me that the problem was dealt with and that time the company was not making money hence there's a bad review about them. I then trusted him and went to the meeting, the paperwork was done in December 2019 and the deposit was transferred into their account. In January I was supposed to start working but the company that I had contract with they canceled sub contracting... I then called Kevin and requested a refund... The refund was arranged with a lawyer with a payment arrangement of R5000 every month for the period of 7 months... I received only one payment from them then we went to lock down... The lawyer communicated with us that the payment will be stopped because of the lock down... I was fine with that... When we moved to level 4 of the lock down then transportation especially logistics was opened... I received another message from the lawyer promising to pay end of June 2020.... Still no payment... I called him he told me he doesn't know what's happening and apparently I'm not the only one we are 6 who were supposed to be paid... I'm not receiving any communication from the lawyer or the company... I then decided to call Kevin in August 2020 he told me the payment arrangement was in place but don't when I'm going to receive the money... I'm warning you people not to do any business with earthmoving logistics they are ******
