BAD SERVICE

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment my friends and I experienced at your Sea Point Mojo Market branch on 11 March 2026. During our visit, we were subjected to poor service, dismissive attitudes, and overheard staff speaking foully about us in their foreign language while preparing our food. Disturbingly, I am certain that they were spitting while talking, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and respect. The staff involved included two female employees (one pregnant and one not) and one male employee. In addition to this, the male worker told us that we were wasting his time and that he should be serving other customers. He made this remark when we simply requested a takeaway, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. We had tipped them before this behavior occurred, but we regret doing so as their conduct clearly did not merit it. This was our first visit to Mojo Market, and instead of enjoying the experience, we left feeling angry, sad, and deeply disappointed. We regret choosing your store among the many available options. I request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action be taken to ensure such disrespectful and unhygienic behavior does not occur again. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and professionalism. I look forward to your prompt response.
