Unhappy customer

I went to the Earth Child store, in the Eastgate shopping centre, earlier this afternoon to purchase a gift for my niece. After unfolding practically every legging on the display table, I was not able to find a size four. As my niece does not wear dresses, I was looking for a pair of leggings and a matching top. None of the sales assistants acknowledged me or offered any help. They were all standing towards the back of the store 'folding' clothes. Eventually, on a table close to the till point, I found an outfit (leggings and a top) which worked out to almost R400 (a little more than I wanted to spend, but as I couldn't find any other size four decided to buy them). I went to the till to pay, only to be told that they could not sell me the items as they had not been loaded onto their system yet (both had a barcoded price tag on)?!?! This is a first!!!... I explained that I needed a size four legging and top outfit only to be told by a grinning sales assistant that they're all sold out. Clearly they don't want my business. What an absolute waste of my time. I walked out and will never be returning. Nevermind, I found a lovely outfit for almost half the price at Woolworths
