Ugly Terrible Service at Earth Child Mall of the South

The whole staff is very rude,unruly and unhelpful, They are always standing together gossiping instead of attending to clients,You will be the only customer at the store while they disregard you as if you are nothing,And the "So called" Managers are as bad,You can't even tell who's the manager,As soon as you go to the tills to pay,then that's when you are faced with their stinking attitude and unwillingness to attend to you.As former Truworths Employee myself I find this behavior Disgusting as I know exactly what the code of conduct is,If they continue treating clients like that,They will never reach their monthly target and their stores will remain empty
