The best customer service ever

On the 29th March i went to Earthchild in Sandton city to buy a jacket for my daughter. When i enter i was greeted by the lady called Madikwa Makgalefa with a friendly smile. I couldn’t find the right size and she checked if there was another one but there was none. On my way out she asked if she can check other stores if they’ve got the size. I agreed, she checked and found one for me. She phoned them and asked the lady to keep one aside for me. Unfortunately, i couldn’t go to the store due to unforseen circumstances. I was very happy to see that we still have people who leave their problems at the door and give the best customer service to their customers. Madikwa is a gem. She deserves a promotion.
