Super impressed

Last week, in a heavily medicated daze I went in to Earthchild and bought an article and opened an account but left both the article and proof of purchase in the store. I called a week later to see if there was any chance of getting the article back and Vanessa was amazing!! She assisted me, took time to understand my problem, and went out of her way to finding the resolution!! What a wonderful surprise to see this amazing level of service!!
