I'm very disappointed with Earth Child especially the Rosebank branch, I returned clothes on Friday bought from my debit card iI was very specific that I would like a cash refund than she said it must go back to my account I even ask for a gift card instead after an hour she insisted the money must go back to my chq debit card and she promised the monwy will be in in 24hrs and that was last Friday. Today is Monday the money is still not reflecting so I called back who I conformed that no reversals where done to my account I than called the store spoke to the same person again who confirmed that as per her accounts department money has been reversed to my account she than call my bank and they conferenced the call and they confirmed that they is no transaction of reversal done to my account, now i was told by her that they is nothing she can do about my money...now this is the problem that us consumer deal with every day...no one should buy from Earth Child of they going to ***** from us.
