Ridiculous Exchange Policy

I went to Earthchild @Mall of the South and I was told that they do not do exchanges after 30 days. All the other stores assisted me nicely with no hassle at all in exchanging the gifts I got for my baby shower, then you get to Earth Child @ Mall of the South & (Truworths customer service) they tell you it’s way after 30 days there’s nothing they can do to assist you, you just need to keep those items and see what you do with them it’s not their problem.

I mean what’s that???? I was trying to exchange and buy or replace it with something else but no as per Truworths policy exchange I cannot be assisted.

I am very disappointed guys to think that I’ve been a loyal customer now I get to experience this. This is so unacceptable and so pathetic.
