Poor quality of boots

I bought boots online on the Truworths website, my daughter and her cousin only wore it once and the EC label was out already. It is a painted shoe so it was coming off so easily . I’m so disappointed for the price I paid for these shoes. I have sent an email to the customerservice and still haven’t received any response . Such a poor service for shoes that cost so much.
