POOR POOR QUALITY

Good morning, it does not help to complaint on your page (Contact us) as nobody contacts you anyway, so I will follow this route for the world to see. In November 2017 my baby shower was held in Bloemfontein. One of the gift (a dress) was purchased from your store at Mimosa Mall. A week ago I decided to wash all my baby clothes as my baby is due next month and guess what. The navy on this dress spoiled the white material and there are blots all over the dress which has never even been washed. This item was washed separately so do not tell me I did not wash it correctly. I live in Kathu but will return this item (without a slip, as it was a gift) to your store and want confirmation that I will be refunded, dress exchanged as per the CPA. Clearly this is not good material. Please send me a letter as I do not want to any problems when I get there.
