****ed off by bad attitude and bad service

Hi there,<br> <br> I bought shoes on Monday for my 2 year old son, only to find that the shoes are not fitting him. I than returned the shoes on Wednesday for exchange for the smaller size. they told me the shoes are dirty and they wont exchange them - i need to see what i can with them and they cant help me. i tried to explain that i didn't think to use socks when was fitting him and they said i should have done that. the shoes were only fitted but not worn even for few minutes when i realized they were big i just keep them for exchange. what ****ed me off is that they are times when you are at the shop and you find people exchanging things that are worn already but causerie they are able to talk and fight they get what they want. i am the customer there, since my son was born i have been buying form Earth Child since he has a skin problem so i know their products are organic and not sensitive to his skin. the quality is good and the East gate staff where i normal buy are very friendly and nice. the Manager at Sandton ****ed me off and wont buy there ever again and will make sure i tell all my friends and colleagues to stores such as H&amp
