Pathetic company

Worst experience ever at Earthchild Gateway, I came for a refundabd was told it would only appear after 24hours, the manager was rude and disrespectful about it. I urgently needed the funds same day and they couldn’t be bothered. Told me that’s not their business. I argued ad it wasn’t stated nowhere on their refunds policy that the refund only takes 24hours.
