Lack of feedback on query from Earthchild Rosebank

A friend of mine bought me R500.00 voucher as a gift for a baby shower from Earthchild Rosebank mall on the 20th May 2015. Unfortunately, I misplaced the voucher at home and couldn't find eventually. I then decided to go the store as I still have the receipt. All the ladies at the store couldn't assist me and referred me to Alice and she told me that she has never experienced such a query and will get to me the following day. I haven't been contacted by Alice to date regarding the feedback. I called three times today and no one could assist me and was told she was gone to the loo. I further called again three times and was still not assisted. I am grossly unhappy and disappointed with the treatment and customer service as there is nothing to lose by the store and I am the one who runs a risk of losing despite having misplaced the voucher.
