How are we in 2018 and still not able to get past the freakin letter of authorization if someone else needs to use your account?! I had my husband's ID with me and offered to let her phone him to confirm that I may use the account but she stuck to "we need a letter" what an absolute waist of time. Although a company should usually try to make their clients (the ones keeping the business alive) happy, this company caused nothing but inconvenience.
