Earthchild highveld mall worst customer service

I have never felt so undermined by a lady working at earthchild highveld mall. I drove all the way from kwaguqa to buy few items for my baby. When I get there she refuses to process my purchase on my truworths account because my ID is old, I give her my driving license, she refuses because it has expired , I give her my temporary licence she still refuses to take it and says she wants an actual licence. I would like to know if this treatment was acceptable????
