Earthchild exchange policy

<p>In this difficult economic climate I find it difficult to understand how a retailer can refuse an exchange of an item that was a gift, merely because there is no receipt with it.</p> <p>SHOCKING!</p> <p>I am in the industry myself and I know that there has to be room to be flexible so that the customer is always happy. Clearly Earthchild s doing better than all the other brands because they can push customers away so easily.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not to worry- lots of other places to buy my kids clothes.</p>
