Earth child messed up service

Earth child in east gate is horrible, the most horrible experience I have ever had in ages. mental blind. I did a lay-by there, when i went to pay it off they told me they cant give me the lay by without a slip, i had my ID with, i travelled all the way from Soweto to east gate for nothing. Then i sent my husband with the slip, they told me he cant get the lay by without my ID. ****en ridiculous, i would never advice anyone to do anything on that shop. im sticking to H&M
