Earhchild Waterfall Mall Rustenburg

I am so disappointed with Earthchild in Rustenburg Waterfall mall. I had my babyshower yesterday and got two of the same outfits, 1 still has a tag on but the friend who bought if for me is in England but we knew the exact date of when it was bought - 8th of May. The manager who did not want to give me her surname then told me they have a 30day exchange policy. Today is the 10th of June which makes it 33days. And after that she told me I dont have a slip anyway. I was so upset and I am 8 months pregnant, I had lots of outfits for my boy and the new one that is on his way, I just droped all the clothes and left. I am a regular customer and I LOVE Earth child. The last time I bought my son a trouser there and it was too small so when I went in to exchange the cashier told me she had no cash in her till to refund me and asked if I could please come back in 3 hours so I went on with my shopping. After 3 hours I returned and there was still no cash in the till so she asked me if I can come back the next day. So I did it without getting angry or upset. Today was the last, they can kiss my business goodbye!
