Bad service

The gateway store has the most unhelpful staff. I purchased at the store and was given an extra large Truworths Man packet. When asked why they don't have an earthchild bag I was told I need to purchase it for R25. Keedo is affiliated with Cape Union Mart I don't see them giving customers those bags. How ridiculous!! To add the staff had a blatant don't care attitude
