Bad return policies!!

Your store policies with regards to returns are a way on How to loose a future customer’s!! We received a gift, tried to return it 2 weeks later, and were told without a gift receipt they cannot be returned, and were told to call the person who gave the gift a ask for credit card details! This is ridiculous, the product is from your store, still in stock, but wrong sizes; and told they cannot help!! Last time we ever shop from this store!!
