Bad customer service and bad shoe quality . Nartjie and Earth child can do better .

I bought Nartjie shoes for my son on the 24/12/2023 , I bought a smaller size and the quality of the shoes was not okay , the label at the back was pilling ( I only realized that when I got home ) so he could not wear them on Xmas day . I wanted to exchange the shoes on the 26/12/2023 however I could not because I was working and knocking off at 22:00 . Today I went to lakeside to exchange the shoes , I wanted a size 10 but they did not have any sizes so I request for a refund or to get a similar shoe at another branch however with proper quality because the one I bought on the 24/12/2023 the label was pilling .The treatment I got from the Supervisor was unpleasant, I've been a loyal client since 2018 till todate of Earth Child and Naartjie however after today I doubt If I will ever set my foot there ever again .The Supervisor did not was so rude , I think the reason she was rude is because I'm black .

May you please reimburse me or exchange the shoes to size 10 and I want proper quality not the ones I bought on the 24/12/2024 ,Naartjie is very expensive so the quality must be on par as their prices , I cannot spend R210 on something that is not proper quality and to think that my child did not even wear the shoes .
