Useless arrogant staff and they only good at sending incorrect statements and dealing with deriliction of duty trustees and auditors

Good day Hello Peter, please can you add a negative rating. By giving this business a 1 star rating is actually a compliment!!!!! Their staff is utterly useless, never at their desks, never answer3 emails, have no clue as to the difference between an invoice and statement (belinda) and koketso does not even know the STSMA and the dereliction of duties of trustees.

They are however good at demanding money and don't even have the decency to respond to electricity queries. They expect you to contact some meter reader named motla.

Please, whomever is reding my post, you had the power in your hands, you can report trustees and similar managing agents like this to CSOS, take legal action, report them to NAMA, and the Estate Agents Board.
