Terrible Service

They are refusing to pay off our deposit.Moved out of the apartment end of October 2021. To this day(4months later to be exact) they are giving us the run around.Claiming they keep client files off site.The breakdown shows that there is no refund that am getting.Over five years the landlord never sent anyone to do maintenance but they are charging us for maintenance.How about we look at wear and tear?How do you expect tiles and all to look the same after five years without maintaining the house.A two bed apartment in the westrand they are saying they paid R1200 for cleaning when tenant did all the major cleaning before leaving.
