Rude and Insulting agents

Please don’t do business with this company, Property owners, tenants etc . They make money with Letter of demands now and then and their agents are rude and insults tenants, while they fail to do simple properly management duties like maintaining houses, I reported some leaking tapes that are damaging cupboards for months still waiting for that service more over bathrooms that are malfunctioning while they demand rentals to paid in full , just delay or pay less you are sent an LOD that has a charge of over R800,00 plus late payment fee of R267,00. What they do best is to demand while they fail to owner their side of the contract.
